We service virtually all makes and models of non-electric and electric bikes, even brands not purchased from Leo’s. To schedule an appointment at your home or office, call/text 219-246-2504, email info@leosmobile.com or schedule online and let me know what you need. Pictures are welcomed with your service request, but not required. I stock a wide variety of parts; most repairs can be done on site. In the event a part/s need to be ordered, I will take the bike back to the shop to complete the repair and return the bike to you at no additional charge. Electric bikes with electronic related issues will be charged an additional diagnostic fee of $50 in addition to the normal repair labor due to the time-consuming nature of resolving electronic problems. If your bike was not purchased at Leo’s and you believe you have a warranty issue, no problem*. We are an approved service center for several e-bike manufacturers. We will handle all warranty claims with your bike company. The cost will be $75 which will include the initial diagnostic, all phone and/or email correspondence and labor billing (where applicable). All repair labor not covered by the manufacturer will be in addition to this cost.

MANY, BUT NOT ALL COMPANIES, AS A GESTURE OF GOODWILL, WILL OFFER WARRANTY COVERAGE EVEN WHEN THE ISSUE IS CLEARLY NOT A WARRANTY. PLEASE BE HONEST WITH US ABOUT YOUR ISSUE. WE HAVE TO DEAL WITH THESE COMPANIES MULTIPLE TIMES A YEAR AND DO NOT WANT TO ESTABLISH THE REPUTATION OF BEING DISHONEST. THIS WILL ONLY GET US REMOVED AS A PREFERRED SERVICE CENTER.
